1. Visit www.rxcovidtest.com and register for an account
2. Follow the registration instructions
3. If approved, visit Moshannon Valley Pharmacy 208 Medical Center Drive Philipsburg, PA to complete the test.
4. Once you arrive at the pharmacy parking lot, please stay in your vehicle.
5. Call the pharmacy at 814-342-3750 and let a pharmacy staff member know you are here to complete a COVID-19 test.
6. Someone will take your information and help you complete the test
